Aggie Muster
Softly Call the Muster…
“If there is an A&M man in one hundred miles of you, you are expected to get together, eat a little, and live over the days you spent at the A&M College of Texas.”
– Texas Aggie Magazine 1923
Each year in April, Aggies around the world gather to honor fellow Aggies who have passed on during the year. Muster is one of Texas A&M University’s greatest traditions and serves to bring Aggies together to remember and celebrate their time in Aggieland. Each celebrations is unique, reflecting the preferences and personalities of the communities and volunteers who step forward to host them. Attendees will answer “Here.” as the names are read from the Roll Call for the Absent to symbolize their presence in our hearts and the Aggie Spirit, forever.
